Augmented reality

Stand it in your room before we build it.

Open any piece marked AR, tap “See this in your room”, and your phone's camera places the furniture on your floor at full size. Walk around it. Check the doorway. No app, no sign-up.

Will it work on my device?

Android phone or tablet

Yes — this is where AR works best. Chrome (or any browser using Google Play Services for AR) opens Scene Viewer directly from the page. Most Android devices from the last five years are supported.

iPhone and iPad

Not yet. Apple devices need a separate USDZ model format which we are still preparing. If you tap the AR button on an iPhone today, the page will tell you plainly rather than fail silently. Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll send a video instead.

Desktop or laptop

Use the QR handoff. A computer has no way to do handheld AR, so every piece page shows a QR code. Scan it with your phone and AR opens on that exact piece straight away.

Getting a clean placement

  1. Point at the floor, not a wall

AR needs to find a flat horizontal surface first. Aim the camera down at open floor.

  2. Move the phone slowly side to side

This is how the camera measures the room. It takes a few seconds — rushing it is the number one cause of “nothing happens”.

  3. Good light helps

A dim room gives the camera little to measure. Turn a light on or open the curtains.

  4. Tap to place, then walk around it

Once placed, the piece stays put. Drag with one finger to rotate it. Step back to judge the size against your own furniture.

About sizes: our 3D models are not yet calibrated against final workshop measurements, so AR placement may not be exact to the centimetre. Confirm critical dimensions with us before ordering — we will measure the actual piece for you.
